A carpet generally gives your home or officer a very warm and cozy feel. The house or office instantly becomes more welcoming once a carpet is laid down on the floor.  It equally gives the area a very beautiful look. However, as they say, nothing good comes easy; these carpets need a lot of investment in time and money in order to maintain their gorgeous looks. Your carpet needs a facelift, but you do not plan to budget for renovation by specialists? Do not panic and become your own carpet renovation expert. You just have to prepare a concentrated infusion of potato peelings. Rub your carpet with a sponge impregnated with this infusion and leave a few hours. Rinse with a sponge and water.
To give the rug a bright color, it should be cleaned with soda water and baking soda. With a sponge, rub the carpet with sparkling water and scrub with a brush. Let dry and lightly sprinkle the entire surface with baking soda. Wait until the carpet is dry before removing the baking powder by shaking the carpets or vacuuming them. This trick works by tackling spots and giving a good color to your carpet.
To remove all the insignificant spots that the carpet has accumulated over time, you have baking soda. Sprinkle the carpet to dry the product and leave half a day. Vacuum with a vacuum cleaner and then you're done. This simple method allows both removal of spots, and also helps to deodorize the carpet.
If you accidentally poured red wine on your carpet, you can use salt to remove the stain. Start by gently blotting the liquid. Pour the salt and let stand until it becomes red. This means that it has absorbed the wine. Clean afterwards with a sponge and washing liquid and rinse with clear water. If the stain still leaves a trace, rub it gently with a sponge soaked in water and white vinegar. You can also pour white wine on a red wine stain. (Very effective, I tested and it works really well! It is almost instantaneous.) Leave on for one minute and remove gently with a towel.
